INGREDIENTS

Three ingredients. That's it. That's intentional.

Vitamin C (as Sodium Ascorbate and Ascorbic Acid) | 1,000 mg
Two forms working together. Ascorbic acid is the classic, direct form. Sodium ascorbate is the buffered version that makes high doses tolerable for sensitive stomachs. Together they cover more ground than either does alone.

Phosphatidylcholine (from non-hydrogenated sunflower lecithin) | 400 mg
This is the delivery system. It's a phospholipid, the same structural material your own cell membranes are made from. It wraps the vitamin C so it survives digestion and absorbs more efficiently. No soy. Not hydrogenated.

Sodium (as Sodium Ascorbate) | 125 mg
This is the sodium that comes with the buffered form of C, not added salt. Worth knowing if you're watching your sodium intake.

Other ingredients: purified water, plant-derived natural flavors, potassium sorbate to keep it stable after opening. Nothing else.

DEEPER DIVE

Here's something nobody tells you when you're standing in the supplement aisle.

Most vitamin C never makes it where you need it to go.

Not because you bought the wrong brand. Because of basic biology. Vitamin C is water-soluble. Your gut lining is largely fat-soluble. Those two things don't mix well, and a meaningful portion of every standard vitamin C you've ever taken passed right through you.

That's the problem liposomal delivery solves.

It wraps the vitamin C in a phospholipid bilayer, the same structural material your own cell membranes are built from. Your body recognizes it. It gets through. More of what you paid for actually arrives.

Now here's where it gets important. Most liposomal vitamin C products use soy lecithin to build that delivery system. It works, but soy is a top-9 allergen, and it's hiding in more supplements than most women realize, including ones marketed as clean. Women avoiding soy for hormonal, digestive, or allergy reasons are often unknowingly consuming it.

  • You are on a sodium-restricted diet. Each daily serving contains 125 mg of sodium.
  • You have G6PD deficiency. High-dose vitamin C is contraindicated with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency and can trigger hemolytic anemia.
  • You have hemochromatosis or an iron overload condition. Vitamin C significantly enhances iron absorption, which is a problem when iron accumulation is already a concern.
  • You have a history of kidney stones, particularly calcium oxalate stones. High-dose vitamin C increases urinary oxalate levels and may elevate risk.
  • You have kidney disease. Impaired kidneys cannot clear excess ascorbate efficiently.
  • You are currently undergoing chemotherapy. High-dose antioxidants can interfere with certain treatment protocols. This is a conversation for your oncologist, not your supplement routine.
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please consult your healthcare provider before use.

HOW TO TAKE THIS

Shake it. Mean it. The liposomes settle and you want every bit of what's in there.

Take 5 mL (about 1 tsp) once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Straight from the spoon works. A splash of juice makes it easier if the aftertaste is not your thing.

Refrigerate after opening and finish within 45 days. It's a live liquid formula, not a shelf-stable capsule. Treat it accordingly.
