Our Satisfaction Policy

We want you to love what you are putting in your body. If something is not working for you, we genuinely want to know.

Not Happy With Your First Order of Any Product? If you try something new from Absolutely Balanced® and it is not the right fit, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we will take care of you with store credit or an exchange. You do not need to ship anything back in most cases. Just send us an email at wellness@absolutelybalanced.com and tell us what is going on. We are listening.

This applies to your first order of each product.

Bundles Purchased a bundle? Our satisfaction policy covers the first bottle in that bundle. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work something out. If more than one bottle of a single product has been opened we are unable to offer credit or an exchange, so please reach out before you get too far in if something feels off.

Want to Return Something Unopened? Easy. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for refund or store credit. Note - you cover return shipping unless the mistake was ours.

Something Arrived Damaged? That is on us. Send us a photo within 5 days of delivery and we will get a replacement or store credit sorted for you right away.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable unless we made an error on your order
  • Opened products outside the windows above are not eligible for return
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers need to go back to that retailer directly
  • We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse
