Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods such as holidays or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Methods All orders are shipped via reputable carriers including UPS and USPS, selected based on package size and weight. Our fulfillment partner works hard to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Shipping Costs We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 on all standard orders. Orders over $100 ship free. No code needed -- the discount applies automatically at checkout.

Delivery Times Delivery within the continental United States typically takes 1-5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather events and carrier delays.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have any trouble with tracking, contact us at wellness@absolutelybalanced.com and we will help sort it out.

Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the product immediately and contact us within 5 days of delivery at wellness@absolutelybalanced.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement, store credit, or carrier claim.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but your package is nowhere to be found, contact us right away. We will work with the carrier on your behalf to investigate and resolve the situation.

Incorrect Address Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
