Welcome By visiting our website, purchasing our products, or enrolling as a Coaching Member, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Definitions
- Store: The online platform operated by Absolutely Balanced LLC at absolutelybalanced.com for the sale of dietary supplements and wellness coaching services.
- Products: Dietary supplements and related items available for purchase in our store.
- Coaching Members: Individuals enrolled in any wellness coaching program offered by Absolutely Balanced LLC.
Purchasing Products
Product details, ingredients, and usage instructions are available on each individual product page. Orders may be placed with or without creating an account. All orders are processed in USD. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery within the continental USA is estimated at 3 to 4 additional business days but is not guaranteed. You do not have to sign up for email marketing or text messages to make a purchase.
Wellness Coaching
Coaching Member details, program inclusions, and expectations are outlined in the Coaching Member Agreement provided at enrollment. Coaching services are virtual and personalized. Absolutely Balanced LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in any coaching program.
Supplement Stack Reviews and Consultations
Free or complimentary supplement reviews and consultations provided by Absolutely Balanced LLC are offered for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, nutritional counseling, or a clinical recommendation. Any suggestions made during a review are based solely on general wellness education and publicly available information.
You remain solely responsible for any decisions made regarding your supplement regimen. Absolutely Balanced LLC strongly encourages you to consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your current supplement protocol, particularly if you have underlying health conditions or take prescription medications.
Your Responsibilities
By using our store or services you agree not to:
- Share your login credentials or account access with others
- Download, reproduce, or redistribute any proprietary content or materials
- Use our content, programs, or methodologies to coach or instruct others without express written permission from Absolutely Balanced LLC

All content, trademarks, logos, images, product formulations, program materials, and designs on this website and within any coaching portal belong exclusively to Absolutely Balanced LLC. A Note About Our Qualifications
Michelle Hunter, founder of Absolutely Balanced LLC, is a wellness educator and supplement advocate with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She is not a medical doctor, naturopath, registered nurse, registered dietitian, or licensed healthcare practitioner of any kind. Nothing on this website, in any coaching session, or in any supplement stack review constitutes medical advice or replaces the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.
Our supplement formulations were developed in collaboration with a team of naturopathic doctors with decades of combined clinical practice experience. The formulations are clinically informed. The quality standards are practitioner grade. The decision to use them remains entirely yours, in consultation with your own healthcare provider.
Our supplements are produced with high quality ingredients and undergo third party testing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or medical condition. Statements on our product pages have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results will vary.
All product descriptions are written assuming no underlying health conditions or medications. You are solely responsible for cross-referencing any supplements with your current medications and health conditions. Contraindications listed on product pages are not exhaustive.
You are strongly advised to consult your physician before beginning any supplement regimen, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking prescription medications. This applies to any supplements recommended during coaching sessions as well. Adverse Reactions
Dietary supplements may cause adverse reactions that vary by individual. If you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare provider. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to release Absolutely Balanced LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for adverse reactions or outcomes and waive any rights to pursue legal action against the company in any manner or forum.
Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in supplement programs or wellness coaching involves inherent risks, including potential adverse health effects. You voluntarily assume these risks and agree to hold Absolutely Balanced LLC harmless from any related claims or liabilities.
Limitation of Liability
Absolutely Balanced LLC does not guarantee specific results from the use of our products or services. By accessing our store, products, or services, you agree to release Absolutely Balanced LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action resulting from your use of our products or participation in our programs, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve any issues directly and amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Mobile Terms of Service
The Absolutely Balanced mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Absolutely Balanced (“Absolutely Balanced”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Absolutely Balanced’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Absolutely Balanced through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Absolutely Balanced. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18669134425 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Absolutely Balanced mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Changes to These Terms
Absolutely Balanced LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Force Majeure
Absolutely Balanced LLC is not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.
